On Time Bride’s Mission
Our mission is to empower you to take control of your wedding with easy-to-use tools that keeps you on track, ensures smooth transitions, and lets them shine stress-free and on time, no matter the budget. We believe that everyone deserves their dream wedding.
Our Story
In 2024, I got engaged in front of Cinderella’s Castle at Walt Disney World. It was MAGICAL! Every girl’s dream come true. Planning the wedding? Not so much.
I was drowning in spreadsheets and email threads with my vendors. I was tired of putting all my information onto generic planning sites just to have to pull it all down to be able to communicate it to my vendors and people helping me. Or find features I was excited about only to be told that feature doesn’t work in Canada.
Then I attended a wedding where everything was executed flawlessly. This bride took her Pinterest vision and actually executed it! But on her wedding day, one of the most important days of her life, while she was walking down the aisle there was a smile on every single face. That is, every face except hers.
I started thinking about ways to help other brides and that’s when On Time Bride was born. What started out as a simple timeline tool has evolved into a collaboration and coordination ecosystem where everything can be planned in one place.
Instead of stopping at vendor discovery, On Time Bride provides a support system that brings you all the way through execution.
On Time Bride is a modern wedding planning platform built for couples who want to stay organized, feel in control, and still have a life outside of wedding spreadsheets and endless emails.
We bring your entire wedding into one place: your timeline, tasks, vendors, budget, and key moments all working together in a smart, intuitive system that adapts to you. No chaos, guesswork, or 2 a.m. stress spirals.
Our tools are designed to save you time, reduce decision fatigue, and keep your planning moving forward so you can focus on what actually matters: enjoying your engagement and celebrating your love.
Because your wedding is important; and so is your time.
Warmest regards,
Karen Jackson
