1. What is On Time Bride and how does it work?
On Time Bride is a wedding-planning platform designed especially for budget-conscious couples. You answer a few questions about your wedding style, budget, timeline and priorities in our onboarding process and the platform then generates a personalized planning checklist, vendor recommendations, task tracker and communication hub you can use from engagement to big day.
2. How much does On Time Bride cost?
On Time Bride is a free wedding planning app with premium tiers for couples who need a bit more support. Couples can create their weddings, go through the onboarding and get a personalized task list, budget breakdown, and timeline of deadlines leading up to the wedding day. They can also bring on wedding party members and assign them tasks, chat, and share information so everyone stays up to date without several chat threads and spreadsheets.
3. Who should use On Time Bride?
Our service is ideal for couples who want something better than generic templates, but who don’t have the time or budget for a full-service wedding planner. If you’re organizing on a budget, want to stay in control, and still want a tailored experience, this is for you!
If you hate spreadsheets (or if you don’t hate them but are looking for something better) and want a solution that works for your busy life, On Time Bride is perfect for you. With automations and the ability to track everything in one place, On Time Bride brings wedding planning into the next century. If you’re engaged, helping a friend plan their wedding, or you’re a wedding planner or vendor, On Time Bride is for you.
4. Can I replace a full-service planner with On Time Bride?
Yes with caveats. If your planning style is self-driven and you don’t require an on-site planner or month-of coordination, On Time Bride gives you the strategic roadmap, tools and support to execute efficiently. If you prefer full hands-on service (vendor liaison, logistics on the day), we also offer partner upgrades and vetted planner referrals.
5. Does On Time Bride use AI?
Not presently. On Time Bride is dedicated to keeping private information private and tools that are simply wrappers can’t be relied on as veritable sources of truth. I mean, do YOU want AI hallucinating details on one of the biggest days of your life? Neither do we! When we plan to use AI, it will be to better our automation calculations.
6. What makes On Time Bride different?
On Time Bride is focused on the execution layer of wedding planning - not the inspiration. You probably have enough Pinterest boards that have that part covered. But Pinterest boards are ideas, not action plans. On Time Bride gives you concrete action plans for YOUR wedding, not a generic checklist written by someone else.
7. How do I choose vendors through On Time Bride?
Once you’ve entered your preferences (style, budget, location), our system presents vendor suggestions aligned with your profile. You can review profiles, compare rates, check reviews and book directly — or we can add a review/negotiation service as an upgrade. All vendors in our database are pre-vetted for budget-friendly pricing and transparency.
8. How will the platform keep me on schedule as the wedding date approaches?
We map your timeline from the moment you sign up through to your wedding day. The platform generates upcoming tasks with deadlines, sends reminders (email/app push), shows progress bars and flags critical decisions (venue deposit, final guest list, vendor contracts) to keep you on time. If you fall behind, it provides catch-up workflows.
9. Is On Time Bride suitable for destination weddings or small intimate weddings?
Absolutely. Whether you’re planning a local ceremony with 150 guests or a destination wedding abroad with 50 guests, the system adjusts the checklist and budget templates according to your wedding type. For destination weddings we include international vendor options, travel-vendor coordination tools and guest-travel tracking add-ons. Also, while destination weddings often include coordination, there’s a lot still to be managed and coordinated on your end locally. On Time Bride takes that final step in making everything run smoothly.
10. What support do I get if I hit a snag or have questions?
Our Team (and support-portal) is here for you — you’ll receive email and live-chat support for all core features. We also host regular webinars with vendor experts, provide downloadable guides (copyright templates, signage tips, budget hacks) and maintain a vibrant community forum so you can connect with other couples. Upgraded plans include phone/virtual one-on-one consultations.
11. How does On Time Bride help me stay on budget?
We embed budget-monitoring tools like live-updating totals when you add vendors and soon to be added “red-flag” alerts when you exceed category limits, and recommendations for budget-friendly alternatives (vendors, décor, DIY hacks). You’ll always know where you stand and where you can save.
12. How secure is my data (guest list, budget, vendor contracts)?
We employ industry-standard encryption for your data, maintain strict privacy policies, and only share your guest-list or budget information with vendors when you explicitly approve it. You retain full control.
13. Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, pause your subscription, or cancel at any time.
14. How quickly can I get started?
Very quickly! After you sign up and complete the onboarding questions (about 5-10 minutes), the platform immediately generates your customized planning roadmap. You can begin adding vendors, tasks and using timeline tools right away.
15. Where can I find reviews or success stories from couples who used On Time Bride?
Great question! On Time Bride is launching in November 2025 and we are aggregating reviews from our earliest users. So far, the feedback we’ve gotten has been “This is exactly what I was looking for!”, “This is genius!”, and “This is the answer to all our prayers.”

16. Does On Time Bride work in Canada?
Yes! Finally, there’s an app built for Canadian couples! As Canadian’s ourselves, we wanted to create a product that rivaled the big US apps but one that was truly Canadian. All our prices are in Canadian dollars, our development and support teams are in Canada, and our founders are Canadians!
