User Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1: Request Data Deletion via Email
You can request your account and all associated data be deleted by contacting us directly.
Step-by-Step:
Email us at info@ontimebride.com from the email address linked to your On Time Bride account.
Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
In the body of the email, please include:
Your full name
The email address associated with your account
A clear statement requesting deletion of your account and all personal data
We will confirm receipt and delete your data within 30 days, in compliance with privacy regulations.
Option 2: Delete Data via Your Account
If you are using our platform through the website, you may be able to initiate data deletion directly.
Step-by-Step:
Log in to your On Time Bride account.
Navigate to Settings > Privacy or Account Settings.
Click on "Delete Account" or "Request Data Deletion".
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
Once confirmed, your data will be scheduled for deletion. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
What Happens After Deletion?
Your account will be permanently removed.
All personal data, including wedding plans, preferences, contacts, and communications, will be erased from our systems.
This action is irreversible.
Exceptions
Certain data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial transactions or fraud prevention), but will be securely deleted once the retention period ends.
